Are you our new growth-oriented regional Sales Manager in the Finnish market?

 

ABOUT THE JOB


Nordtreat is an innovative green chemicals company serving the needs of the international timber construction market. Nordtreat's non-harmful flame retardant coatings are used by industrial customers in the wood products segment.


We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled and systematic B2B Sales Manager to accelerate the demand and sales of our certified new-generation flame retardants for wood products. You will be responsible for our key account sales and development in the Finnish market. Our sales managers work with industrial customers and work requires regular travelling.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES


The responsibilities of Nordtreat's regional Sales Manager in Finland include:

  • Development of new leads in the wood products segments

  • Management of key accounts

  • Develop sales according to the sales organization‘s regional OKR's

  • Pitch products and present the company's solutions to customers and leads

  • Communicate with prospects and potential customers

  • Develop specifications for the different customer groups

  • Represent the company and its values

  • Collect market data and intelligence

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Intermediate to a senior manager with experience in B2B industrial product sales

  • University BSc. in business-related or engineering studies or similar qualification

  • Min 3 years of sales management experience (B2B)

  • Preferably team-leading experience

  • Knowledgeable sales manager with good contacts in local markets

  • Product experience in wood coatings and or flame retardants

  • Interest in utilizing modern sales and productivity tools (HubSpot)

  • Good communication skills in Finnish and English. Other languages are an advantage.

Your local contacts in the field of construction, engineering, architecture, building products, coatings and/or wood industry are beneficial in this position.
